The property is very close to the High Street for shops, 50 yards, and literally a 2 min walk from Bruce Grove Overland station (20 mins to Liverpool St) and tones of buses /15 min walk to Seven Sisters tube for the Victoria Line. Tottenham Hale for entertainment, lovely walks in the Wetlands also Stansted express is a 12-minute walk away. Bruce Grove is going through regeneration- so quite a few interesting places to hang out nearby.
One flat-mate is moving out so the remaining tenants are looking for a nice and fun person to move in. Bills are shared between the tenants.
