There’s off-street parking for one car. There’s a good sized south-east facing back garden, currently mostly grass.
If you cycle, there’s a shed for your bike and we’re not far from the Bristol/Bath cycle path. There’s plenty of green space nearby, with the Oldbury Court estate and Frome valley for walking, sporting/health activities and picnics.
Couple welcome, but singles preferred.
The ideal tenant will be clean and tidy, take responsibility for their surroundings and will be comfortable with the landlord’s occasional visits.
The landlord is a sociable 63 year old male.

Bills:
All bills are payable by the tenant. The landlord I will make a pro-rata contribution for the times he is at the property. There are currently pre-payment meters at the property for both gas and electricity, set at the cheapest pre-pay tariff from EDF. Council tax is £122.57 per month, internet is £32.24. Water is metered. There is currently no TV, but there’s a newly installed aerial on the roof with connections in your room and the sitting-room. If you require a cable or satellite package you’d have to sort that out for yourself.
