Viewings – We’ll start receiving enquiries. We filter them based on your requirements then send their details across to you via email & text. You organise a convenient viewing time & show them around.

Offers – We handle all offers & rejections. Once you’ve approved an offer, we’ll get your chosen tenants referenced & send you a copy of the report once complete. Dependent on your package, we’ll also send you a tenancy agreement, arrange for it to be electronically signed & collect your tenant’s deposit.
