How does it work?
We can arrange and accompany viewings for any property under our Managed Service in England.
Depending on the level of interest, and whether the property is occupied, we may book individual viewings, or an open house.
All we need is access to keys. This could be via a permanently installed key safe, keys held locally (within 3 miles/10 minutes of the property), the current tenant providing access or keys being held by our local viewings clerk.
What’s included?
Viewings are booked in 30 minute slots. If we are booking individual appointments, we can book two viewers within a 30 minute appointment. If we are hosting an open house, we can invite up to 10 viewers.
We will book the appointment (working with your current tenant’s availability if necessary), send a reminder of the appointment in advance, show the prospective tenant around and obtain feedback from them afterwards.
Costs
Viewings
Viewings are charged at £250 for up to 4 x 30 minute viewings. Additional viewings thereafter are £60 per half hour.
Key holding
If you need us to hold the keys, or to arrange for a key safe to be installed, there is a one-off charge of £100.
If you have a key safe already at the property, the keys are held locally (within 3 miles/10 minutes of the property) or the current tenant is providing access, there is no charge.
