A report comparing the original Inventory to the state of the property at the end of a tenancy, you must be able to provide the original Inventory.
In order to recover the cost of damage caused by your tenants it is important to be able to demonstrate the condition of your property at the commencement and end of the tenancy. We will provide a thorough record with documentary evidence and photographs.
PLEASE NOTE: We usually need at least 3 working days notice to book an inventory clerk.
