Part Management: 4.5% pcm (min £55/max £75 pcm). Full Management: 6.5% pcm (min £75/max £110 pcm). Rent Collection: £17.50 pcm. No set up fees. Our managed and rent collection services are available for properties in England.

Once you’ve gone through the check-out process, we’ll send you a link to upload your property details.
Our Part Managed fee is 4.5% pcm inc vat (capped at £75 pcm, minimum £55 pcm).
Our Fully Managed fee is 6.5% pcm inc vat (capped at £110 pcm, minimum £75 pcm).
Our Rent Collection Only fee is £17.5 inc vat per month.
There are no set up fees with any of our management takeover services
Our managed service is available for properties in England, and our rent collection service is available across England and Scotland.
*PLEASE NOTE: It is important that you correctly terminate the management with your current managing agents. We strongly recommend you speak to them before initiating a transfer to a new agent.
