Description

Our tenancy management and rent collection services are available to all landlords. These packages are for landlords who already have tenants in their property and do not require advertising.

Once you’ve gone through the check-out process, we’ll send you a link to upload your property details.

Our Managed Services are available for properties in England, and our Rent Collection Service is available across the UK.

Our Part Managed fee is 4% pcm inc vat (capped at £65 pcm, minimum £45 pcm), there are no set up fees.

Our Fully Managed fee is 6% pcm inc vat (capped at £99 pcm, minimum £69 pcm), there are no set up fees.

Our Rent Collection Only fee is £15 inc vat per month, there are no set up fees.

*PLEASE NOTE: It is important that you have read and understand the termination clause in your current agents management agreement, we strongly recommend you speak to them before initiating a transfer to a new agent. We cannot take any responsbility for shutting down your current management agreement nor any associated penalty fees.

 

Our management service (Exc Rent Collection) includes:-

  • Management Takeover does not include a new inventory as this is an existing tenancy and should already have one in place.
  • 6 monthly interim checks and Check-out when required.
  • Collection of the monthly rent, which will be forwarded to you together with a landlord statement.
  • Chasing arrears, and issuing late payment notices as required.
  • Handling all tenant maintenance issues, from leaking taps to floods, 24/7, 365 days a year (Fully Managed Only)
  • Arranging your annual Gas Safety Check.
  • Serving the appropriate notice to the tenant(s) when you want to terminate the tenancy.
  • Right to Rent checks are included.

If your tenants leave, we will find your next tenants for free. A £100 inc vat set up fee will be charged to cover setting up the new tenancy, inventory etc and will be taken from the first month’s rent.
