Property Description
One room available in a friendly flat share in Southfields.
The flat is on the top floor of a 1950’s red brick building and has no adjoining flats so it’s really peaceful.
There are amazing views across the whole of London from all the rooms and a little balcony with a breakfast bar to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks.
The area is leafy and fresh and is a little oasis to retreat to if you work in central London. The flat is 3 mins walk from Southfields tube which is just a couple of stops from the rail links and shops in Wimbledon.
You will be sharing with two lovely women, one of whom has lived in the flat for years, and manages all the shared bills really well.
There has just been double glazing installed, a brand new, top of the range boiler, new fridge-freezer, hob and oven, new washer-dryer, and the kitchen has been renovated.
The bedroom comes with a double bed, built-in cupboards and two bookshelves. It was previously occupied for nearly 3 years by a postgraduate student who enjoyed studying there.
The neighbours are friendly and the area is safe. We’re ideally looking for somebody who would like to stay longer term and the initial contract will be for 6 months.
Energy efficiency rating: 42, Band E
