PREVIOUS TENANT REVIEW:
What is difficult to photograph, or film is the silence of the apartment and the nice sunny green view over the gardens. You can hear the birds singing and the apartment is actually pretty light, other than the smaller bedroom.
I have lived in the property for over 2 years with great enjoyment together with my daughter, but it is also suitable to share, as the previous tenants did, who were young professionals. In general, the property is well maintained and any problems (did not have anything major) are quickly resolved by the landlord’s handyman.
In short, I highly recommend the apartment.
