PREVIOUS TENANT REVIEW:
The flat is fantastically located, with a 2-min walk to Belsize Park tube station, close to a Budgens and a Marks and Spencer’s, among many other boutique stores and of course within 10-min walking distance to the entrance to the lovely Hamsptead Heath.
The flat has plenty of storage for its size and has a nice, open plan layout, perfect for entertaining guests. Windows are E/W facing so it gets plenty of sun, which is particularly pleasant in the summer. The bedroom is nice and quiet.
Recently renovated, we have not had any major issues with the flat whatsoever. The few minor issues have been dealt with very promptly by the landlord.
We have had a great 2 years living in this flat, now moving on to our own place.
