‘The Pigsty’ is a 3 bedroomed, refurbished bungalow, located halfway between West & East Wittering, overlooking fields to the front, with a large rear garden, home to it’s single garage and rear vehicle access with hard standing and then a further gravel driveway for 4/5 cars to the front. It’s fully furnished through out, including beds, bed linen, towels, large L-shaped sofa and large flat screen TV. The kitchen is full stocked with glassware, chinaware, saucepans, knives, folks, spoons, large double door larder fridge/freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar, oven/hob and washer/drier. There is also a build-in Sonos sound system. They house is completely furnished throughout because it is our families holiday home.

There are three bedrooms, two with super-king sized beds and a 4 person bunk room. A family bathroom with shower serves the three bedrooms. A conservatory runs the full width of the back of the house and is furnished with a large set of storage shelves, a table for 6 (8 at a squeeze) with double doors leads out on to a large with benched banquet table.

The house is a 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) to the supermarkets, shops, bars, pubs and restaurants of East Wittering. It is also 3 minute drive to the world famous West Wittering Beach and a 15 minute drive into the nearby town of Chichester.
