One of the wonderful housemates has left to live great experiences around the world! She leaves her beautiful, quite and spacious double room on the last week in March in a luxurious, bright, detached house in Cambridge.

She has been enjoying all bills and Council Tax inclusive in the price of the room, good wi-fi connection at the property, sharing with like-minded professionals/ mature students. Our cleaner looks after the communal areas once a week so you don’t have to worry about that.

The property is in an excellent location with a regular bus service to the City Centre, also very convenient to get to the Science Park or the Business park, perfect for if you work there. The local shops and pubs are a short walking distance away.

The house also has a fully fitted kitchen complete with oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

There is a lovely, large garden to enjoy BBQs with friends or read weather permitting. However, there’s a beautiful lounge/diner also to share with housemates and socialise.

The price of the room is £650pcm but if we consider you are the right personality for the household, we are happy to negotiate. As mentioned earlier, all bills, AND cleaning of communal areas, gardener for the summer and the window cleaning.
