We have a lovely, bright and fully furnished large double room with private bathroom in a great house with vibrant housemates close to Science Park, Cambridge North Train Station and 12 mins by bike and regular bus service to the City Centre, perfect for if you work either way! Two local CO-OP’s and two pubs are a short walking distance away.

We are looking for two friendly, bubbly housemates who are sociable and keen to have a chat at the end of their day! Someone tidy (it takes initiative to do the dishes, empty the bin and tidy after themselves after cooking) and willing to accept their part in the small everyday household chores.

As a household, we’re friendly and enjoy chatting, play games and share the occasional meal together. We’re respectful of others privacy when you want to have time to yourself. We’re not a party house, but enjoy a trip to the pub and an odd “soiree” from time to time if the weather allows to light up the BBQ!
