There are two other bedrooms already let to two young male professionals (one a trainee accountant and one in engineering).

It is fully equipped with washing machine etc. There is a combi-boiler supplying hot water and heating throughout the house. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it; again it was newly tiled last year and decorated.

The reception room has leather armchairs and sofa and a dining table and chairs and it faces out to the garden.
