The accommodation comprises a very large open plan bed/sitting room with a fully fitted modern kitchen and picture window with sea views. There is a shower and toilet adjacent. The space has its own front door accessed through our family house and is on the second floor.
In the photos we have shown a single bed, but the room is furnished with a double bed.
The kitchen features a halogen electric hob and large combi conventional / microwave oven; sink, draining board and plenty of work surfaces. There is a combined fridge freezer.
There is on street parking and excellent access to public transport (bus stop 50m; train station 200m) and the sea is just five minutes walk away. Two non family references will be required please.
