The House
Is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the town centre and also a 4 minute walk to the railway station, which has a fast and regular service to Birmingham 30 minutes and London 80 minutes.
We do not have a cleaner so the housemates are responsible for keeping the house clean and tidy.
Downstairs there is a lounge with leather sofas, a large television and DVD player.
The Kitchen area has two fridges, microwave, washing machines and dryer, ample storage cupboards and a breakfast bar.
Whilst the spacious garden has a seating area and rotary clothes drier.
The property has BT unlimited Wi-Fi broadband (cost included in rent).
There is a convenience store 100 meters from the property for essentials which is open long hours and main supermarkets etc are in town 5 minutes away
The car parking in the street outside is controlled by permits and these cost approximately £20 per year.
I will visit the house on average once a fortnight. I only go into the communal areas and will pick up post for past tenants and check everything is ok.
