    This form gathers important information regarding your tenancy agreement and takes payment for tenant/guarantor reference fees (£99 each). You must specify all students and guarantors so they can be reference checked for inclusion in the tenancy agreement. Failure to specify all responsible adult tenants will result in you being held liable for all aspects of the tenancy agreement including the rent.

    Our acceptance of payment for reference fees does not constitute an offer to let a property, reference & guarantor fees are non-refundable.

    There is no set up fee for management takeover, and our full property management is just 6.5% pcm inc vat (min £75/max £110 pcm).
