Our “Build Your Own” Tenant Find Package allows you to create your bespoke letting service.

    We cannot advertise properties on behalf of other letting agents. If you're a management only agent, please contact us first to discuss the options.

    Readvertising - If we've advertised your property before, simply click here and enter your property's postcode. Click on your property's title and you'll see the options to readvertise.

    Your advert will be hightlighted within the search results. An advert with a Premium Listing receives around 26% more clicks.

    Up to two reference checks are offered at the discounted rate of £79 if purchased at time of upload. Alternatively references can be purchased individually for £49 each at a later date.

Our “Build Your Own” Tenant Find Package allows you to create your bespoke letting service.

Description

Get your property advertised on all the major property websites, including Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation, TOLA website and a selection of hundreds of other local sites until let (max 2 months), giving your property maximum exposure across the entire web.

Service Availability: England Only.

How it works

  • You choose what services you need and build a custom package to suit your unique requirements.
  • You provide us with your property details via our simple, step-by-step uploader.
  • We receive tenant enquiries and contact anyone who has expressed an interest in viewing your property.  We conduct a brief interview with them and forward the details of suitable applicants to you via email and text.
  • If we’re not completing any admin for you, once you have found a suitable tenant, simply let us know when you’re ready for us to remove your advert.
  • If we’re completing the tenancy admin, once you’ve met a suitable prospective tenant, simply ask them to contact us.
  • Once the offer has been accepted by both parties, we strongly recommend you take a Holding Deposit of 1 weeks rent. Please ensure you are aware of the timescales bought into law by the Tenant Fees Ban on 1st June 2019. If you’ve asked us to reference your tenants, we’ll then proceed with obtaining those for you. References usually take 3-5 working days on average depending on how long the tenants employer and previous landlord take to respond.
  • Depending on the addons you’ve chosen, we’ll then raise the contract, get it signed and lodge the deposit as requested.

Obtaining quality references provides vital information to ensure you’re getting good, reliable tenants. Therefore, we’ve provided a discount for the initial two references if purchased at time of upload. Alternatively references can be purchased individually for £49 each at a later date.

Right to Rent

It is the Landlord’s responsibility to ensure they have complied with the current Right to Rent requirements, more information can be found on the Government website. Right to Rent checks are only included in our Managed Packages.
