You have two options available depending on your preference.
Yes - This includes information such as who's moving in, their working status, how they're funding the rent, any pets, when are they looking to move etc.
Upon making an enquiry, tenants receive an immediate response from us asking them to complete a short form. This introduces a delay in sending the enquiry to you as we have to wait for the tenant to respond. On average this is just a few hours but can be as long as a couple of days. We'll also call them if they fail to fill it in by the next working day.
Once they've filled the form in, we'll send you their contact details and the additional information.
No - Alternatively, we'll send all enquiries directly to you as soon as we receive them without any delays. You will receive just their contact details. The advantage is you get enquiries much faster.
