In my shared house of working professional people I have two rooms available.

A small double at £650 per calendar month and a larger double at £725 – all bills included.

The house is situated in a residential area 15 minutes walk from the town centre. Very close by there are local shops and a bus stop that will take you to the train station.

There is a drive and also unrestricted parking in the street.

We have 900mb fibre broadband that’s included in the price.

Both rooms are for single occupancy only.
