Corridor leading to kitchen – fully equipped with microwave, integrated appliances, including dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, freezer and fridge, with another large fridge for extra storage.
Separate utility area with washing machine and tumble drier.
Door leading out to back yard area & SECURE GARAGE for bikes, surf boards, extra storage etc. Locked gate leading onto service alley behind.

3 double bedrooms. (one of these is available with double bed and wall mounted flat screen TV.)

All furniture in the bedrooms is being replaced during the summer, including beds and mattresses, desks, wardrobes & drawers, all furniture will be white and glass from IKEA to give rooms a bright and fresh look. We will supply mattress protectors and fitted bottom sheets.
This house has been a private residential house in the past, and this is reflected in the standard of the fittings and fixtures, it is very warm and comfortable.
We are private, accommodating landlords. (members of South West Landlords Association) and parents ourselves, always on hand or at the end of a phone if help is needed.
All rooms in this house were fully let very early on, but unfortunately one student has had to leave the course early due to unforeseen circumstances, the students occupying other rooms are all second years (2 girls and a boy), they are very friendly and welcoming, and understand that it will probably be a first year that will go into the fourth room.
